4. TRACKING YOUR ORDER As soon as your package is shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package live. It may take 48-72 hours for the tracking information to update on the carrier's system.
5. WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping times, so there is a very small window to change an incorrect address. 6. LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES Elite Roots is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. However, if your tracking information states that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please contact our support team and we will do our best to help you investigate with the carrier.
