1. SHIPPING DESTINATIONS We currently specialize in shipping to the United States. All orders are processed and shipped with reliable tracking numbers so you can monitor your journey.

2. PROCESSING TIMES Once your payment is verified, orders are automatically sent to our fulfillment center.

  • Order Processing Time: Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be packed and handed over to the shipping carrier.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

3. SHIPPING TIMES Because we source our high-quality products directly from international suppliers to offer you the best prices, delivery times may vary:

  • Standard Shipping (USA): Estimated delivery is 7 to 15 business days after the order has been processed.

  • Please note that customs clearance, international holidays, or extreme weather conditions may occasionally cause minor delays.

4. TRACKING YOUR ORDER As soon as your package is shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package live. It may take 48-72 hours for the tracking information to update on the carrier's system.

5. WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping times, so there is a very small window to change an incorrect address. Please contact us immediately at support@eliterootsstore.com if you believe you have provided an incorrect shipping address.

6. LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES Elite Roots is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. However, if your tracking information states that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please contact our support team and we will do our best to help you investigate with the carrier.
