Refund policy
At Elite Roots, we want you to love your purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied with your order, we are here to help.
30-DAY RETURN WINDOW We accept returns within 30 days from the date your item was delivered. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
HOW TO START A RETURN Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer or the address listed on the shipping label. To initiate a return, please email us at support@eliterootsstore.com with your order number and proof of purchase. Our support team will guide you with the official return instructions and the appropriate return shipping address.
RETURN SHIPPING Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE) Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
DAMAGED OR WRONG PRODUCTS Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at support@eliterootsstore.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. In most cases, we will send a free replacement without requiring you to return the damaged item.
CANCELLATIONS Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase. Once the order has been processed and shipped by our suppliers, we cannot cancel or modify the order.
